Her hukum ka ikhtitaam amal aur her amal ki ibtida amr hua kerta hai

 

Yahee ibtida aur inteha ka falsafa hai jahan ibtida inteha say amr minallah ki soorat jurra hai

(رہا اس کا امکان تو) ہمیں کسی چیز کو وجود میں لانے کے لیے اس سے زیادہ کچھ کرنا نہیں ہوتا کہ اسے حکم دیں “ہو جا” اور بس وہ ہو جاتی ہے

 

Na- jaanay Kehnay walay say kernay wala taqatwer hai yah kernay walay say kerwanaay wala

 

Ajeeb falsafa hai yeh ‘kun faya kun’ bhee k kehna kafi hai hojanay k leeaey yoon hota wohee hai joe kehdea jaata hai

 

Such poochiaey toe alfaaz k is hayr phayr mein ‘kun aur fayakun’ aik hee muntaq ki doe hudain hai jis mein soch aur amal aik hajum aur aik aser per jurwwaa dikhaee deytay hain

 

Goya jaisa bola waisa hogaya aur joe hogaya who faqat alfaz ka badal  goya humshakal

 

Quran K is falsafaey taqat -o-qudrat ki tushreeh meri nazar mein kuch yoon hai k “Kun faya Kunn ” k hijaab mein soch payghumber ki hua kerty hai aur amal Khuda ka yoon taqat khuda ki aur qudrat us k nabi ki goya aisay k ” Innaka ala kullay sheyin qadeer ” “Bayshuk who her cheez per qudrat rukhta hai “.

 

Yeh aisay k suleman tukht-e- bilqees ki khuwahish keray ga aur Khuda tukht–e bilqees ko hazir

 

Yani ‘Kun’ suleman ka mehwer aur ‘fayakun’ perwerdegar ka hisaar.(Dr Raza)

 

Execution of order is always a secondary phenomenon and implementation as act and enact in terms of desirable law  is a primary statuary as code of conduct.

 

When it is said the same is to be done; has power of unseen supremacy with a seen advocacy.

 

Promulgation is a supremacy and implementation is bureaucracy.

 

It is here where it defines the Quranic phrase and verse as “Kunn faya Kunn ” that relates itself in terms of action as

 

” it is said and it is done”.
