Assailant in terms of definition is a person who attacks some one and cause physical injury.

Assailant is a person who by virtue of his act defies, deceive, dishonor, derogate, disassemble, sabotage, and compromise the target or victim to the extent that ranges from such cunning acts to the plateau of death.

There is a difference between the mentality of an assailant and the victim.

 Result oriented motive is the main thrust that reciprocates the event toward assailant as accomplisher, where as defensive escape with out motivated desire to nib the culprit to penalty as death, is always the approach of the victim.

 It is this beneficiary platform of decent approach of victim that is always utilized by the assailant for its desired motive as victorious.

 Similarly it is the fraction of a second in a circumstantial environment of action and retaliation which is utilized by these rivals to act and counter act, so to achieve the defensive goal in victim whereas aggressive goal in assailant, thereby culminating in to end of incident at either end and perspective.

 Curtailment of any such events of confliction, by government functionaries and law enforcing agencies require and resides on immediate remedy and relief to halt such eventful episodes.

 This is entirely to benefit the victim in the contest of threat whereas partially it is to restrict the assailant to achieve his goal, thereby supporting the victim as additional means of safety.

 Duty and responsibilities of such functionaries does not ends up at this domain of affairs that is, to safeguard the victim from the threat, but, its real perception is to curtail and establish the writ and law, so to cordon the activity of the assailant, if already in picture, to a level that future events shall be restrained and under possessed so that   security on the threat can be guaranteed.

 Such domains of services and obligatory duties are normally perceived and practice in the formulary of citizen’s right and safeguarding of life and property by governing functionaries and law enforcement agencies as protocol and laid down directives in the form of standing operative procedures and charter of duties.

 Although security forces have started a massive crackdown on the Mangal Bagh’s Lashkar-e-Islam in the Khyber in lieu of high level decision after classified reports with reference to upcoming threat in the heart of NWFP but this is not the only evil force at respective dungeon ,that is compromising the integrity, soverignity and peace of Pakistan but there are many other siblings  in other similar ditches as well who are similarly perishing and carrying out the desire on the illegitimate will and motivation and armed support of our all time enemy, the RAW.

In my opinion such terrorist can not be pin and drag by utilizing the platform of paramilitary forces as FC, in a uniformly designed, linear ideas as decent war tactics but a full fledge crack down operation by Pakistan army with all supportive paraphernalia’s with declaration of active war zone with multidimensional approach, and shoot at sight policy for these rebels, as the only choice.
