Recently, Jennifer Miller, Director, Bio Ethic International and Special Consultant United Nation commented on one of my article with appreciation.

I consider her remarks as life time achievement on my obligatory and mandatory service as medical professional on medical ethics and behavior.

During my search visit at her site, I came across beautiful article from her fabulous collection of thoughts, which I have gone through the abstract, regarding, refusal of doctors in Italy on moral based abortions.

Her expression and indication as master of the subject escorted me to deliver my version of thoughts as mandatory share ,the same is being floated to my readers as such.

“I have heard and read that 70 percent of doctors have refused believing what is called their conscience.

 It is almost 3 percent of drops in abortion after such implementation.

It is also recommended that other countries should also follow the same righteous theme”.

It is requested to grant my point of opinion on the issue, by awarding permission to say, keeping my reader as honorable and special and above my desire and ideas.

Although I could not get the latest and the past conversation on the issue with relation to the endemic school of thoughts but by going through the extract, I can sanely qualify to jump in to the discussion box.

This terminology is new to me ……..right of conscience of doctor………if I reserve my comment on this ,I would definitely tagged the word as bias ,malicious ,malafide, irrational theme ,that has no affiliation with the subject, but has been deliberately intruded in such a profession so to engage unduly these service man of humanity.

Social issues, morally acceptable or not is not the domain of a doctor or a health care professional, as it is for a lawyer, or a police man.

Segregating such problems clearly defies human weigh age, desire, ailments and reservations .discrimination on grounds of social acceptance and moral values is a real bias attitude expressing selectivity and believing and slotting patient in to respectable and unrespectable slots.

 It’s very astonishing that doctors in Italy have started seeing patient in a discriminatory horizon. In my opinion it is highly unethical and beyond professionalism that you leave patient on the table of sorting and triage endorsing mentally and psychologically, on stubborn excuse of conscience.

 It is true that social issues do exist but reforming the society by other modes and method are always the available options .please see, problems are endemic and pandemic.

What is a problem in Italy can not be taken in full mode from my side of situation and vice versa .however general ethical modus operandi are universal.

Issues can not derail system. Systems are laid down on ground realities.

 Realities are your observation that you feel perceive and float in the form of functions. function are your response to feed your finding in a manner able design and format, whereas designs are your imagination that is a direct precursor of your ideas floated in the backup of your memory as direct or indirect observation.

 Observation can be ethical non ethical, justified and unjustified, genuine or ingenuine; however, whatever is your finding you got to float the same as theme and presentation.

 Its all the vicious circle of believe, that you patronize and regard and format as ethical that you perceive as per your imagination and belief and un ethical on the same principle.

 If I curtail discussion, moral derangement of society can not be curtailed by simply accepting the science of conscience, but you got to rectify the root cause .you see, you might not have an answer why 30 percent doctors in Italy did not accepted this suggestion, as in their opinion it may not be unethical.

It is not that you close your eyes and things will get clear ,you got to face the issues ,whatever the ground may be, counseling reforming ,educating ,realizing ,effect off, multiple modes can be utilized on and as required, on existing ground realities.,

 Although I have tried to expose my point of view, on available extract, but would definitely wait for your version of excellence .my regard to you .god bless you”.
